You've committed an act of treason confusing us music fans with the right wing blow hard. May Neil Peart forgive you!

Re: Nbc 5

Honestly I personally wouldn't mind a shooter. After riding the Flooded Mine at Silver Dollar City a million times, I always thought that Yosemite Sam (Spelunker Cave) would convert nicely. It's a...

Unhappy Re: BREAKING! Woman Killed on Texas Giant!

Wow after seeing that video, then the picture of the woman, my instincts tell me that was likely the cause. I mean no disrespect, but she was a large person. Now I'm curious as to what safety...

Re: BREAKING! Woman Killed on Texas Giant!

That seems to be the case from what I'm reading. I feel terrible for the family as well as the ride operator. My prayers are with them.

Re: Chuck E Cheese Shows

Chuck E Cheese off Grapevine Hwy doesn't have the animatronic shows anymore. Just a TV screen showing the songs. Very disappointing :(

Re: Towns Of Texas

Wow Clint! As a Texas history buff, this is a GREAT idea! I live in Ballinger in Runnels County. I have pics of historical markers as well as graves in the area. If you need help with Runnels,...

Thanks for the updates Krista. Hope you enjoyed your trip! For the FIRST time in my 37 years of life, this is a ride at SFOT that I think I'm too chicken shi# to ride. My testicles tingle just...

Re: VIDEO: Iron Rattler test run at SFFT

Wow that looks like fun! Does look pretty slow at the end though. I've never been to SFFT, I need to change that! I STILL haven't been on the new Giant though :(

Well I don't live in DFW anymore, so I don't check this site as often as I used to. I'll become more involved again.

Re: My first song

Funny you should mention that. After I saw Chronos at the Omni Theater when I was 12 or so, I went on a search for Michael Stearns at the music stores. It was Hearts of Space compilation Cruisers 1.0...

Re: My first song

Jean Michel Jarre is one of my faves too. Started listening to this stuff after I bought Oxygene at a garage sale in the early 80's. Also bought a Vangelis' Blade Runner soundtrack and Brian Eno's...

My first song

Sorry I've been away for a while. Me and the wife separated and I have moved away to Rowena, Tx. To get my mind off things, I began writing music again, which is something I haven't done in over 10...

I'm so mad at myself for being too chicken to ride the mouse coaster! Now that I am a coaster enthusiast (former ACE member when I had flight benefits and disposable income) I would love to have that...

Re: The Galaxy Drive-In

I didn't mean novelty as in a short fad (Justin Bieber *cough* *cough*). Twisted better explained what I was aiming at. If there were more drive-in's around, I don't know if I'd step foot in an...

Re: Tales From The Theatre

Not so much the movies for me, but the theater experience as a whole. Theaters lost their charm some time ago. I remember seeing Empire Strikes Back at the Ridglea off Camp Bowie. I loved that...

Re: 2010 Football Season

It was a truly great game. Congrats to the Packers. You're right, I changed channels during halftime. Then again, I usually do that. I think Rush would put on the best halftime show.

If you don't mind me asking, what did Dick do to piss people off? I've been out of the loop for a long time.

Re: 2010 Football Season

Agreed. I think it is going to be a close game. I personally hope it rivals the Pats and Giants a few years ago. My hatred to the Pats made that victory even sweeter.
