Default Video Discovery!

By accident, I have discovered two videos of the Seven Seas park!

And they do not have shaky cam shots or quick cuts!

The first video is 3 minutes, 21 seconds long

The second video is 3 minutes, 22 seconds long. However, the footage ends at about the two-minute minute mark.

Great find! I don't know why but we never went to Seven Seas. The closest I ever got was leaving the Ranger game one night and walking over to the closed front gate to peer through.

Was White Water in the same spot as Seven Seas was? Is the pirate ship the same one that was in the kid's area at White Water?

Heather: Seven Seas was just west of Six Flags and northeast of the old Arlington Stadium (I've attached a pic). White Water was a few miles east in Grand Prairie on the northwest corner of I-30 and Belt Line. As far as the Seven Seas ship, it sat there for several years after the park closed until it caught fire.

I spent many an hour in those metal outfield bleachers. It's easy to see how much money they were leaving on the table having that many general admission seats, though.
