Default Michael Brown

The Victoria Advocate
November 7, 1982

Television newsman Michael Brown will speak Tuesday at the Executive Dinner Club at the Victoria Country Club.

Brown will speak on "It's Never Too Late".

Though his beginnings as an emcee and speaker go back to junior high school days, he first got serious about his work as a student at Oklahoma State University.

Brown was selected as the male lead in the annual college revue program at Six Flags Over Texas amusement park. He was soon to serve as an emcee for several appearances by Bob Hope in the Southwest.

Brown broke into television as the production stage manager for the Miss America Pageant on CBS. He later moved into television news.
