Yeah, I always love Carousel as well. I also remember the late 70's when RCA sponsored Space Mountain. They had a series of scenes about the technologies of the future as you were ascending the moving catwalk while exiting. Funny how the "family of the future" that they showed is now old news.

I knew you weren't trying to dis on it. Sorry if it came off that way from me, I was just saying how much I love it.

I was actually singing "It's a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow" around the house last week.

Speaking of Space Mountain, here's a link to the Disney Parks Blog with photo's from the newly rehabbed Space Mountain. It didn't get the rehab SM in Disneyland got a few years ago, but they did spruce up the line, got all new track (same layout as the old one), and added some new effects/sounds to the ride. I was out at MK on Sunday for my b-day and was hoping I could sneak a ride since I hear that they have done a few soft rides but no luck. I'll be sure to report back as soon as I get a chance to get on, hopefully in the next two weeks since they are suppose to re-open before Thanksgiving. Hopefully it's smoother than it was because that was one rough ride.

It's in soft opening/previews now meaning it can open and/or close at any time...just a matter of luck if you're there when they open the line and get in before they close it again...the closer it gets to the 21st the longer the line will stay open...I'm hoping to get on it next week if I can sneak over there one day without the kids
