I don't go to malls if I don't have to, but I found myself at The Parks several weeks ago looking for sunglasses. On a weekday. In the afternoon. Business was booming, and I didn't see a single empty storefront or kiosk. Northeast Mall is in the same shape, business-wise, and has had a recent remodel that makes it look very nice.

Isn't the Dillards outlet the only thing that is keeping Six Flags Mall alive? I know they had a few other places plus the movie theater but I'm surprised the place is still open.

You're thinking of the 303 Mall and yes, it was Dillard's and the whole mall is gone now.

The Dillards outlet moved from 303 to Six Flags Mall before 303 was bulldozed.

Haven't they already built an industrial park or something on the site of 303?

303 was even scarier than SF Mall.

303 was an odd place, even before it took its dive. That whole lower area where the little stage was - always gave me the creeps. I think I never looked at that mall the same way after that lady was murdered out there.

Oh yea i remember why they shut down this place. The air conditioning broke and the owners did not want to pay to fix it probably since the mall was in such bad decline.

Everest College has a campus in one of the old anchor store locations, the one closest to 360.

Now that is six flags mall.

Forum 303 is leveled and gone forever. Right before I left Tx I saw Forum 303 half was tore down at that time.
