Default Work at the park... for the rest of the summer and more.

I tried to send out an email to everyone on this but, it kept failing.

So, here is the announcement:

Come and work where you play!

Six Flags is still hiring for the summer, and our exciting
fall season. Don't miss our fabulous "cirque" styled show "COOBRILA!"
We have immediate openings in all areas, including our own "on call" Temporary program for team members needing to work around busy schedules. Temporaries start at $8.00 an hour,
and if you can work most operating days $9.00 an hour.

Call 817-640-8900 ext 4200

Apply on-line at: sixflagsjobs.com and then come in for a personal interview at the Human Resources office off of Copeland Road.

Six Flags is an EOE Employer

Wow that is so much more money per hour that what I made when I worked there.

You could almost pay a mortage with that amount of money. My first weekend I worked all day both days so that I could get a "SWATCH" watch...

And I thought that was alot of money.

Maybe they would let everyone here run railroad. I'm sure there are enough of us here that we could keep the thing going if we all took a shift here and there. Maybe if we do it for free these boards can "spanser" the ride. And of course we live spiel. or we could just keep our well paying air contioned jobs....

You can count me in for Railroad! I'd love to go out there on the fall weekends and run engine, but I think it will probably stay a dream. I gave them a call recently but got no responce. You think they would welcome back some of the old engineers, expecially now that we're all grown up ., but they seem to only remember our mischievious past lives.

Exclamation Can't you hear the whistle blowin'?

Just 'cause YOU tried to see if a tram would run on the Railroad tracks doesn't mean the rest of us did!

Hmm.. I might consider that if it were for the engine. Otherwise, I'm out. Maybe security officer.

I like my weekends off, plus it's football season... Saturday is college, Sunday is Pro... I don't have time to work another job.
